Genealogical Society of Kendall County

The Genealogical Society of Kendall County has received a generous donation of nearly 2,500 valuable books useful for genealogical research from Ed and Mary Lou Mergele. To house these books in the GSKC library, we are installing library-quality book cases. To defray the costs, we are accepting donations. This is an opportunity for you to make a donation in honor of or in memory of an ancestor or loved one. The individual's name will be engraved on brass plates attached to the shelf or bookcase. The cost is $170 for a shelf or $840 for a full bookcase.
